OKG supplies premium Spinel MAS (MgAl₂O₄) for use in steel ladles, cement kilns, and high-performance refractory castables. Sintered and fused types available. Global shipping.
Spinel MAS (Magnesia-Alumina Spinel) is a high-performance synthetic refractory material made from selected magnesia (MgO) and alumina (Al₂O₃). Engineered for durability in extreme thermal and chemical conditions, Spinel MAS offers excellent slag resistance, thermal shock stability, and mechanical strength.
At OKG, we provide both sintered and fused Spinel MAS in a range of sizes, suitable for demanding industrial applications.
Steel Industry – Ladle linings, tundish safety layers, EAF sidewalls
Cement Kilns – Transition and burning zones, replacing chrome-based bricks
Non-Ferrous Metallurgy – Furnace linings for copper, nickel, and aluminum
Refractory Castables – Low cement, self-flow, and anti-corrosion castables
Precast Shapes – Linings for gasifiers, incinerators, and reactors
